Based in the Maleševo region in the heart of Berovo, Biljarski is a family heritage brand founded in 2005 by Metodi Biljarski, rooted in a deep belief in nature’s healing power and the value of tradition. What began as a local practice evolved into a trusted name for herbal remedies, sweets, marmalades, vinegars, syrups, and natural blends inspired by the region’s rich flora.

The project included a complete brand transformation, preserving its authenticity while elevating it into a refined and contemporary identity. The new logo symbol represents the Maleševo mountains, the forests of Berovo, and the distinctive pine woods, visually anchoring the brand to its origin. The overall visual language communicates warmth, tradition, and natural purity.

We developed a cohesive color palette and typography system, designed custom fruit illustrations for product recognition, and fully redesigned the packaging and labels for bottles and jars. The rebrand was completed with new brand materials, product photography, a teaser campaign, and a refreshed social media presence, creating a consistent and recognizable identity across all touchpoints.

The result is a brand that honors its roots while confidently stepping into a modern market.
